​ Policy

For group bookings of 8 guests or more – you are required to choose from one of the set menus provided with alternate dishes of your choosing is compulsory. A deposit of 10% is required at the time of booking to secure your table and is none refundable 5 days prior to the event. Final number of guests must be confirmed 2 days prior the event date, full cost will be charged if numbers are reduced.

Evening reservations Friday and Saturday from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM are booked on a 2 hour dining time with the tables rebooked shortly after.

If you are using a voucher of any kind other than Quoi Dining voucher – and would like to add extra guests to join you – this many be possible by making a booking via the Quoi Dining website or by calling us on 9899 3554 only. The extra guests are required to order a main dish each as a minimum from the A La Carte Menu.

Gift vouchers cannot be used on special event days or as nominated by Quoi Dining such as: Valentine, Melbourne Cup, Easter Sunday, New Year Eve and Quoi special events.

​All reservations need to be confirmed by Quoi Dining within 24 hours prior to the date of booking. We will endeavour to contact you, however if you have not been acknowledged please phone us directly on 02 9899 3554. 

 

Quoi Dining reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed reservations at its discretion.

Depending on bookings and walk-in traffic, we cannot hold your table longer than 15 minutes past your expected arrival time, unless otherwise notified.

Dress Code

At Quoi Dining we observe a smart casual dress code. ​

​Seating Request

We do our utmost to seat your group as requested, however seating configurations are dependent on the number of people booked for any one service and we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Children

Children are welcome at Quoi Dining. Please inform us if you need to have a push chair, pram or capsule in the restaurant so we can make space for these. Highchairs are available – please inform us a the time of booking.      

   

BYO

Alcohol Drinks (Wine, Champagne, Spirits ...) Please note that we are fully licensed and  strictly do not permit BYO drinks

Cake - ​ A cake fee of $3.50 per person is applicable to all BYO cakes.

Cancellation or changes to bookings

For all bookings (except group bookings more than 7 guests) , you must notify us of a cancellation or any changes to the number of guests at least 24 hours prior to your booking - otherwise a fee of $20 per person may apply

Dietary Requirements

We require at least 24 hours notice for all dietary requirements.

Quoi Dining accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa and American Express (charges apply).

VOUCHERS

Quoi Dining vouchers expire after 6 months of issue date. A fee of $25 will be charged to extend the voucher for another 3 months of the expiry date.

SPECIAL MENUS

Menus on special are available on the days mentioned - excludes Public Holidays, special days (Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Melbourne Cup Day, Anzac Day, Valentine Day) or any days as specified or chosen by Quoi Dining.

Event Postponement, variation or cancellation

Sometimes events are varied, postponed or cancelled - we will attempt to notify you  - however we do not guarantee that you will informed on time as such it is best for you to contact Quoi Dining or check our website for any cancellation or update.

10% Surcharge is applied on Sundays and Public Holidays.
